Making OpenGL ES Screenshot

The
Bit-101 Blog
has an entry that
shows how to take a screenshot when using OpenGL ES
. I tested this in my much-delayed particle-generator app, and it works as advertised.
In fact, here's a screenshot generated by this code, just to prove it works (and to show that the particle generator is not completely fictitious by this point):
